Hugues Bonnet-Masimbert has been the CEO of the German luggage manufacturer since 2021. Hugues has a long history within the LVMH group starting in 1996. Drawing on his experience in the luxury retail market, including Loewe, Celine, Louis Vuitton, and Berluti, he joined RIMOWA in 2018, where he played a key role in repositioning the brand's distribution, restructuring its commercial model, and developing its e-commerce operations. During his tenure as CEO, RIMOWA has implemented the unconditional lifetime guarantee on suitcases (2023), making RIMOWA the first luxury brand to offer this level of service. The brand has launched new product lines, including the its first handbag - the Original Bag in 2024, and initiated the RE-CRAFTED programmme, positioning RIMOWA as one of the first to integrate pre-owned, refurbished items into the product offerings.

Since joining Central Retail in 2005, Natira Boonsri has held several key leadership positions within the organisation. She served as President of ZEN Department Store and SVP of Central Department Store before being appointed President of Central Department Store in 2018. During this tenure, she led major transformational projects, including successful renovations of CENTRAL @ centralwOrld and Central Ladprao. In 2021, Natira joined Central Retail Corporation PCL (CRC) as Chief Commercial Officer. She returned to the role of CEO at Central Department Store Group in 2023, overseeing both Central Department Store and Robinson Department Store. One of her key achievements was leading the transformation of Central Chidlom into the iconic ‘The Store of Bangkok,’ with its grand unveiling in December 2024. Natira holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Fanya Chandler

Fanya Chandler oversees the strategy and execution of the company’s Nordstrom stores. In her role, Fanya supports Nordstrom’s digital selling and styling programmes, store operations, restaurant operations and store design teams, in addition to Nordstrom’s regional managers. She has held several leadership positions across the organisation during her nearly 34 years with Nordstrom. She most recently served as SVP and regional manager of the company’s Southwest region. She began her career with Nordstrom working closely with customers on the floor in Bethesda, Maryland, and she quickly moved through the ranks from department manager to buyer and served as a store manager for nearly ten years. She then went on to hold various roles, including Nordstrom’s Director of Personal Styling, Vice President of customer experience and more, sharpening her deep understanding for the customer experience, store operations and Nordstrom’s offerings.

Gabriele Chung leads one of South Korea's largest retail groups with holdings of around 50 luxury department stores, shopping malls, and outlet chains. In 2023, he was recognised as one of the 'Top 500 People Leading the World’s Fashion Industry 'from The BoF500. He started his career at Samsung Co. Ltd in December 1987 and transferred to Shinsegae Department Store as an assistant buyer in the women’s merchandising division. In 1993, he transitioned to Brand Manager at Shinsegae International. In 1999, Gabriele was appointed General Manager of the Shinsegae Milano office and served as the company’s representative in Europe. In 2010, he was appointed COO of Shinsegae International, where he led the launch of over 30 brands, including Moncler, Chrome Hearts, J. Lindberg, and BOONTHESHOP. In 2015, he transitioned to Emart as EVP of the Boots UK Business Department, expanding the company’s global retail initiatives. In 2019, Gabriele joined Lotte Group as the CEO of Lotte GFR (Global Fashion Retail), and after two years, in December 2021, he was appointed as CEO of Lotte Department Store. He is also expanding Lotte's footprint across Southeast Asian markets like Vietnam, having opened Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi in 2023. The following year, in 2024, he successfully launched exclusive Moroccan Luxury Coffee Brand 'Bacha' in South Korea for the first time, and a premium complex shopping mall, Time Villas Suwon, which is new growth engine for Lotte.

Roberto Eggs began his professional career in 1992 as International Marketing Manager for the Nestlé Nespresso, before becoming General Manager of Nespresso France. In 2002, he was named Worldwide Vice President for the Consumer and Business divisions of Nestlé Nespresso. In January 2008, he was promoted Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Super Premium S.A. In 2009, he joined LVMH as President of Louis Vuitton EMEA. Six years later, he joined Moncler as Chief Operating Officer and in July 2017, he became Chief Marketing & Operating Officer. Since 2021, Roberto serves as Chief Business Strategy & Global Market Officer and is an Executive Board Member of Moncler Group. He graduated in Economics and Management at the University of Fribourg, with subsequent specialisations at the London Business School and IMD in Lausanne.

Yugo Hiramatsu joined PARCO in 2004 after participating in the launch of an IT startup during his university days. He was involved in the renovation planning and pop-up shops for young designers and independent brands at Shibuya PARCO. Yugo opened Fukuoka PARCO in 2010, and at the same time opened PARCO's first independently curated shop, Meetscal Store at PARCO store, online and at Narita Airport. He has been working in the Preparatory Office to rebuild the new Shibuya PARCO since 2017. Yugo is involved in concept creation, overall leasing including foreign companies, new tenant development, website & SNS promotion construction, etc. He continues to lead the floor renewal, advertising, and branding of Shibuya PARCO after it opened in 2019. He was appointed Assistant General Manager in 2022 and General Manager in 2024.

Jin-Wook Kim is a Director and Citi Research’s Chief Economist for South Korea. He previously worked for Citi’s Pan-Asia Economics team in Hong Kong for four years and with the Korea Economics team in Seoul for three years. Prior to joining Citi Research in 2014, he spent four years as an Economist at Samsung Life Insurance, covering the South Korean macroeconomy and the fixed income market. Jin-Wook was named Korea's No. 1 in 2017, No. 3 in 2018, No. 2 in 2021, and No. 2 in 2022 economic forecaster in Focus Economics' Analyst Forecast Awards. He was ranked 23rd and 33rd, the highest and the third highest among South Korea economists, in the South Korea Research section of Institutional Investor All-Asia Research survey in 2023 and 2024, respectively. Jin-Wook was also ranked 18th from Asia (ex-Japan) in the Economics segment of the 2023 Institutional Investor Global Fixed Income Survey. Jin-Wook holds a Master's degree in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham.
